The report “Sopeutumisen tila 2017” (‘State of adaptation 2017’, in Finnish) by the Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) compiles studies and presents conclusions on the challenges faced by agriculture as the climate changes, and on the timing, permanence and regional distribution of the adverse effects of climate change. The Assessment of Weather and Climate Risks (SIETO) project carried out a national assessment of weather and climate risks and developed a governance model for organising future risk assessments, including assessments in agriculture.
