Increasing advisory services relating to water protection in fur production.

Completed. (All the elements of the measure have been completed both in terms of time and at all planned locations. If a measure consists of an unlimited continuum of measures, a measure can be regarded as having been completed once the first sub-measure has been completed.)
The environmental protection guidelines for fur farming were revised in 2018. The Finnish Fur Breeders’ Association (FIFUR) participated in the preparation of the revised guidelines and has provided fur farmers with training on the application of the guidelines. The ELY Centre for South Ostrobothnia organises training for FIFUR’s advisors on the information systems of the environmental administration.
