DESCRIPTION OF ACTION
The task of the working group is to develop practices, planning and research relating to the use of marine aggregate and mineral resources to support the sustainable use of seabed resources. In accordance with the programme of measures of Finland’s marine strategy for 2016–2021, a summary will be prepared on good practices for the sustainable utilisation of marine sand and aggregate and on measures to reduce the adverse effects of extraction.
