Natura site condition assessments (NATA)

DESCRIPTION OF ACTION

The NATA project has updated the site-specific natural, cultural and use values of Natura 2000 sites and assessed their current status, the pressures and threats that have an impact on these values as well as the measures and planning needed to maintain the values or restore them to the target condition. The status of habitats and species and the adequacy of conservation measures have also been assessed. The assessment is carried out at intervals of 3–4 years, and the latest report covers the period 2013–2018.
