DESCRIPTION OF ACTION
The aim of the project is to produce national information on the amounts and types of microscopic plastic litter in the aquatic environment and assess its potential adverse effects in lakes and the Baltic Sea. In addition, the project will investigate how different types of microplastics end up in water bodies, focusing on microplastics in stormwater.
