DESCRIPTION OF ACTION
An idea contest organised by the Finnish Environment Institute implemented together with the think tank Demos Helsinki and the communications agency Kaskas Media. The contest looked for solutions that would reduce the amount of litter ending up in the Baltic Sea. The contest also sought to increase awareness of marine littering and its effects on the marine environment.
