Järvikalapihvit – fish cakes made of freshwater fish

DESCRIPTION OF ACTION

Apetit produces fish cakes made of cyprinid fish and perch. The fish used as raw material has been caught to manage fish stocks, which means that nutrients are removed with the lower value fish caught from the lake and the fish stock remains more vital as more space becomes available for larger fish.

SCHEDULE

The product was launched for the professional food service sector in 2015.
