DESCRIPTION OF ACTION
The first part of the European grayling management plan “Meriharjuskannan hoidon ja suojelun tausta” (Background for the management and conservation of the European grayling) includes a review of the state of the European grayling population. The second part “Tavoitteet ja toimenpiteet” (Objectives and measures) presents the starting points and objectives of the management of the European grayling population and the recommended measures to achieve the objectives. The plan has been prepared by Pekka A. Keränen.
