DESCRIPTION OF ACTION
Nutrients, energy and livelihood for the countryside from a biogas plant (BioRaEE). The project assesses farmers’ needs for recycled fertilisers, the environmental effects of the production and use of the fertilisers and their profitability for both farms and production chains. The project seeks to develop the processing of digestates produced by biogas plants. Recycled fertilisers will be tested in collaboration with farmers and compared with other fertilisers. Networking with relevant actors in the field is essential in this project.
