DESCRIPTION OF ACTION
The project recycles nutrients from the Baltic Sea to land by increasing the fishing of cyprinid fish and the use of cyprinid fish for human consumption. The aim is to create commercial production chains for cyprinid fish products in Sweden and Åland. In addition to the John Nurminen Foundation, the project involves Race for The Baltic, Guldhaven Pelagiska, Rädda Lumparn and Ålands Fiskarförbund.
